Az elmúlt századfordulótól Magyarország-szerte jelentős számban épültek olyan innovatív házak, amelyeknek szokatlan az anyaghasználatuk vagy eredeti módon reagálnak sajátos kotextusokra. Sok közülük már korábban nagy médiafigyelemben részesült vagy (nemzetközi) építészeti díjakat nyert, ugyanakkor akad közöttük kevésbé ismert, gyakran kisméretű épület illetve felújítás is, amelyet eddig nem igazán publikáltak sehol. A könyv szerzője, Emiel Lamers építész, a Piranesi és A10 magazinok tudósítója 2 1 épületet választott a 21. századból. Az épületfotókat kettő kivételével Bujnovszky Tamás készítette. A könyv betekintést nyújt a kortárs magyar építészetbe, új megvilágításba helyezve azt. Since the turn of the last century, a considerable number of new buildings have been realized all over Hungary. They are innovative, use unexpected materials or react to their specific context in an original way. Some of these buildings have already received some media attention or even won (international) architectural awards. But there are also less known, often small-scale buildings or refurbishments that have hardly been published until now. The author of this book, Emiel Lamers, architect and correspondent for Piranesi and A10 magazine, has selected 21 buildings of the 21st century. All the buildings, with the exception of two, have been photographed by Tamás Bujnovszky. The book will give you a new and inside view of contemporary architecture in Hungary.
