The Smashing Pumpkins je americká alternatívna rocková skupina z Chicaga. Kapela, ktorú v roku 1988 založil frontman a gitarista Billy Corgan, basgitarista D'arcy Wretzky, gitarista James Iha a bubeník Jimmy Chamberlin, prešla od svojho opätovného spojenia v roku 2006 niekoľkými zmenami v zostave, pričom Corgan je od svojho vzniku jediným stálym členom. Súčasnú zostavu tvoria Corgan, Chamberlin a Iha.
