Handbook for Seminars of Private International Law is prepared primarily for students of the Comenius University, Faculty of Law. Its aim is, first of all, to guide students through the various topics taught in the seminars on Private International Law. The authors offer, inter alia, an overview of the basic literature or case law necessary for this subject. In addition, the second part of the handbook brings an overview and texts of the most important sources of Slovak private international law, which will surely be welcomed not only by students, but also by the professional or lay public.
