Heaven & Hell bola britsko-americká heavymetalová superskupina pôsobiaca v rokoch 2006 až 2010, v ktorej pôsobili gitarista Tony Iommi, basgitarista Geezer Butler, spevák Ronnie James Dio a bubeník Vinny Appice, zostava, ktorá nahrala albumy Black Sabbath Mob Rules (1981) a Dehumanizer (1992). Názov skupiny je odvodený od albumu Heaven and Hell z roku 1980, prvého albumu Black Sabbath, na ktorom bol Dio vokalista.
